This is an unplayed, new MICHAEL JACKSON 7 inch YELLOW PROMO LABEL SPAIN PROMO-ONLY single
showcasing the song Heal The World.
It was issued in Spain in 1992 in a very limited Promotional edition only. This unique item was never available to the public, nor sold in stores. The record (never played) is new, in mint condition. The special sleeve is overprinted on the front with the words "Cancion de Navidad" which means "Christmas song", and is also mint condition.
