This record is in excellent- condition. It has no damage to the inkjet centres or 'labels' with all text legible and no pen marks or scuffing.
As for the vinyl itself both sides are really clean with a vivid lustre and little showing in normal light. There is the odd incredibly light wispy lines visible when viewed under bright light and some minor 'mottled' areas but nothing at all sinister. Overall the vinyl is very clean visually with just minor signs of use to its playing surface.
I play tested the record and it played well overall but was not perfect.
Firstly there must be a fraction of a warp to it. This is not noticeable when looking at the record but when playing the arm 'bobs' or raises slightly on each side. It causes no problems to playback and does not need to be weighted or such like, but there it is minor a visual issue.
Other than this visual issue the audio is a solid 'EX' grade on side 1 with no skips, sticks, tics or serious issues and good clarity overall. There is traces of surface noise in the run in and very slightly in parts of the audio(due to mellow nature) but nothing extreme.
Side 2 is much the same as side 1 on the whole but there is a few sporadic noises or splutters in the earlier parts of track 1. These are not caused by any marks on the vinyl and so I can only assume there is some sort of minor manufacturing/pressing defect. Overall the majority of side 2 is also excellent but there is light surface noise in parts and these strange noises as mentioned.
The sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has minor wear to the edges and corners but is still strong all round with no splits anywhere. There are no tears or pen marks anywhere but there is an old price sticker on the front. There is also ring marks showing on both sides and some light creasing. Also due to being a white sleeve there is also some mild levels of grubbiness in parts. Overall a solid sleeve but one that is not perfect and has some signs of handling/age as I have tried to outline. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.
The record will be sent in a brand new plain white sleeve(to protect the original), and with a brand new plastic outer sleeve. It will also be sent within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
