Stunning untouched Vinyl with full gloss and pristine playing surfaces, No marks. Labels are very clean with no spindle marks..

COVER is EX-
Snapping bright and spanking clean cover looks great, front and back, with no wear, writing or soil. There is a tiny, almost impossible to see surface nick right at center of front; approx. 1/4mm by 1/2 mm; and one bumped, u.l., corner; tiny bit of discoloration at that corner tip and also at very edge of top seam, only visible looking edge-on from the top. There are 2 extremely light, short edge creases coming off spine. Spine has a small spot of wear, about 3/4" that just misses the spine title printing, so spine titles are all perfectly legible; sharp and clear. No splits.

VERY cool Guitar and Analog Electronics LP - the only thing that Mouline ever released but a sheer Beauty.

Using filters, pedals, electronic treatments and other technical wizardry - mostly on a single Electric 12-string guitar Michel Mouline has created something for the ages here.
Riccardo Zappa came sort of close on his Celestion LP, but CHRYSALIDE is the epitome of the form; more tripped-out and certainly more thought out than any of the other tilts in this direction - Alain Bellaiche (Sea Flourescent) and Peter Bursch with Broselmachine are others that tried there hand at this at one time or another - often with great results - but all back seat stuff compared to the surreal, deep excursions found here.

If you smoke that lovely funny stuff, you will get utterly lost and carried away listening to this - but the thing is you don't have to. This music puts you right there without any chemical assistance. It isn't 'guitar Prog-folk' by any stretch of the imagination, more like Allez-Teia era Heldon without any of the chaos or menacing overtones - and more into Franco Falsini (Naso Fredo / Portable Madness) and Manuel Göttsching (New Age of Earth / Inventions For Electric Guitar) territory, but completely original ... and fathoms deep.

who was a DJ at the Radio Station I co-founded in the 1970's - and who worked for me at my California record store in the '70s and '80s.
Sadly he has now finally left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.

I do NOT EVER want to exclude all bidders from any particular country, even though a few specific countries are responsible for almost all spurious "not received" or "not as described" claims over the years. This evolves... for instance in France, buyers from Ile de France area seem, more and more, to be very prone to make a false claim. (one of my earliest, very best customers was from Ile de France but moved to Belgium some years back) ...so even there, I hate to exclude ALL buyers from there; however I cannot possibly afford to be scammed due to the unlucky result of a winning bidder being a bad actor. IF you are from that area and want to bid/buy, simply contact me first and give me good reason to trust you.

Also it seems to be the fun game recently for some in Germany, Spain and Italy to buy far more than the collector can afford and make false claims on many of them. Again I will need to know you can be trusted. Many, many great buyers in all those countries, but plenty of trouble comes from them as well. Brazil has terrible post/mail problems. Italy has long Customs hold times. In NONE of those cases is it my fault and I will not lose out because of other countries' problems beyond my control. Occasional problems from China and Russia -I reserve the right to cancel a sale or bids from any buyer, case-by-case if I note problematic behavior or red flags.

Having said that, I will not ever cancel any bidders with solid, good reputations and feedback.

I sell regularly to all those countries (though Ile de France bidders will definitely need to contact me FIRST before bidding).
