Albums without Jacket artwork mean the original Jacket is not available, In this case a new Jacket with a hole in the middle and a new Sleeve will be provided.
We will not sell a record unless the vinyl is in good condition. All Vinyl are cleaned and checked for passable quality before mailing to customers, a new Jacket and Sleeve is provided if necessary.

Outside North America we use USPS first class International shipping rates unless otherwise specified, and for items such as Pro Audio and Car Audio equipment, USPS express mail which will provide a tracking number that we will give to you.
Payment Method
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Wire Transfer and PayPal.
- We do NOT accept Personal Checks or Company Checks! If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to you.
PayPal
- Complete your order with a confirmation order number before sending us payment.
- If you choose to pay right after your order is confirmed, please go to: www.paypal.com, log in to your PayPal account and send the payment to: blrsounds@comcast.net In the Subject line of your payment, please type your order number.
- You may choose to wait for our PayPal Payment Request. We will send it to your PayPal account via email.
- All payment must have a Confirmed Shipping Address with PayPal before BLR can process your order. Without a confirmed shipping address, we will not be able to accept your payment or process your order.
- We ship all PayPal orders to Confirmed Shipping Address only. If you want to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal Confirmed Address before sending us payment. Paypal Customer Service Phone Number: 888-221-1161.
- Orders completed through PayPal will be processed in 24 to 48 business hours. If you send your PayPal payment via E-Check, your order will be processed when your payment Clear.
Wire Transfer
We only accept pay via Wire Transfer for order over $500. For orders paid with wire transfer, customers will incur a $20.00 ($25.00 for international orders) fee in addition to the total amount of your order, per our bank's policy on wire transfers.
EXAMPLE: If your order amounts to a total of $500, including the shipping fee, we will collect an additional $20.00, per our bank's policy on wire transfers. Therefore, you would pay a total of $520.00.
IMPORTANT:
- Please pay attention to any wire transfer fee(s) your bank charges you for wire transfers. BLR.com will NOT be responsible for any fee(s) collected by your bank.
- If your total wired amount is not complete as we requested, your order will be placed on hold until further notice.
- After you transfer the money, please do remember to email us the Date and Transaction Reference Number of your payment for further verification. Your order will not be processed until we got the TRN#.
