Description

This is the mega rare original sweet soul / gospel killer 45 ~ THE MIGHTY CHOSEN SONS OF ALABAMA on RISING STAR RECORDS RS-5377, pressed in 1977. Singles are Stay With God & At The River. Both are wonderful tracks with some deep soul influence. Vinyl is a weak VG to strong VG-, clean & shiny with some light surface marks, light surface scuffs, and some light hairlines. It also has a couple small scratches which cause a couple very quick ticks. This is not one of those VG/VG- records that plays badly with noise throughout and whatnot. It plays very nicely throughout with a couple very quick ticks. Labels are very nice with light to minimal wear. Comes in blank sleeve.
