Record Grading: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Side 1/Side 2/Side 3/Side 4: Weak VG+: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a couple of lightly feelable small scratches, still plays pretty nice.
Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)
Front/Back: Gatefold cover, 6" top 3" bottom seam split, edge & ring wear, some scuffs.
Record Grading Scale
NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
