MILES DAVIS KIND OF BLUE 1959 1ST PRESS MONO LP NM Vinyl Record Deep Groove 2X CL 1355

Offering an extremely clean NM copy of Miles Davis' "Kind Of Blue".  This Mono, First Pressing was released on the Columbia label 17-Aug-1959.  This copy is Deep Groove 2X, marked 1A / 1A in run out, "S" back cover, 6 EYE, and Adderley is consistently misspelled "Adderly".  Genre defining, genius artist and recording of jazz at its best, not to be missed!

• Vinyl NM condition.  Extremely clean, glossy and flat.  Center labels clean and vibrant.  Observed only one tiny spot, on Side-1, Track-2, ~ 5/16" in from start, that could barley be felt with a soft, clean fingertip (not fingernail!).  The 7th image has a pointer hovering above item (not touching, ever) pointing very close to tiny spot.  Did not observe any visual anomalies on Side 2.  Information in run out is in focus on several images (we suggest using your computer's zoom feature for a closer look.)  Audio clip available upon request.

• Cover is NM condition.  This original cover is super clean and flat.  No folds, splits, or hand markings.  Nearly negligible edge and corner wear.  Front surface has exceedingly light wear that needs a very harsh light to see.  Back surface has very faint, age appropriate yellowing near top and spine edges.  The name Adderley is misspelled "Adderly", consistently everywhere it appears.  See photos for more details.

• Sleeve EXC+ condition.  This super clean original promotional and record care instruction sleeve is in amazing condition.  No splits, tears or hand markings.  On the record care side, there's a blind embossed Pat. Number on lower right corner very close to edge (no photo but it's there!) partly underneath "Columbia".  Only very light ripples on corners & bottom ring impression, and age appropriate darkening of adhesive on one edge.  A new plain white sleeve has been provided for storage (no photo).  See photos for details.
