Outstanding box set of Miles Davis' first quintet. 10 vinyl records pressed on 180-gram vinyl and mastered from the original analog tapes by Kevin Gray and Steve Hoffman at AcousTech Mastering. Features a 12x12 16-page  booklet packaged with the LPs in a deluxe heavy duty Box.
Limited Edition #344 of 2500. 
Box Set is still sealed in it's original loose shinkwrap. Box sides are rigid, colors are vibrant and corners are sharp. Shrinkwrap has a few small tears, the largest at the very top. Circular, about 1/2/ inch diameter. ONLY the shrink is torn... the box is 100% Mint.. a beautiful set.

Review: One of Analogue Productions' most successful and collectibles and no longer in print! This is a sealed box set with The Miles Davis Quintet and their five immortal albums for Prestige: Miles, Cookin', Relaxin', Workin' and Steamin', with what is likely Miles' best-ever group, featuring Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Philly Joe Jones, Paul Chambers and Red Garland. All of those albums are included in this limited edition box set. These LPs have been mastered from the original analog tapes and are packaged in a deluxe box with original album covers and liner notes.
All used records will be removed from jackets and placed in protective sleeve to prevent splitting while shipping. Two heavy cardboard flats will be placed on either side of the disc and record is shipped in cardboard record mailer. Bigger sets and boxes will be double-boxed for further protection.
Shipments to the USA will be sent via USPS Media mail at the cost of $4.00. International packages will be send First Class International or International Express. Any package OVER the value of $50.00 MUST be shipped  Global Express. It is the only method that guarantees delivery and issues a tracking number.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items, so please check our other listings, as well. Records are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with the record on the outside of the jacket to prevent jacket-splitting. All records will be shipped in heavy duty cardboard with pads on either side for added protection. More valuable albums will be double-boxed for added protection. Shipping prices below are for single records. Multiple record sets and combined shipping of more than one auction will be based on weight and package size. In that case, please wait for an invoice to be sent before issuing payment.
Shipping for records within the USA is $4.00 for the first LP and $2.00 for each additional LP sent at the same time. These will be sent USPS Media rate with "Delivery Confirmation" which guarantees a tracking number.
