Description

MILES DAVIS

Title~ Miles Davis Vol 1

1954

Rare very early (around 1958)  Blue Note issue with RVG stamped in run~out.

Considering the Lp is over 50 years old this is at least VG+ copy and having played it the heavy vinyl press sounds really, really good~and well beyond VG+.

 Cat No~ BLP 1501 Vol 1

OVERALL CONDITION

SLEEVE~ VG

(front storage wear ~see scan + spine/ edge wear and top seam split~~not the best but still complete)

VINYL~looks about the VG+ mark but plays much much better than looks suggest~again I don't think yopu will be disappointed.

Give it a listen!

GRADING : I grade records firstly visually and sample aurally for overall sound quality. Should you feel I have misgraded please remember that I offer a full NO QUIBBLE refund or agreed price reduction if I am off the mark.

NEAR MINT (NM)~~a top copy~audio listening and visual grading has not revealed any imperfections. Lp is guaranteed to sound superb and shows very little sign of playing.

NEAR EXCELLENT (EX or EX+)~~careful visual inspection audio sampling has not revealed any major imperfections such as clicks or skips~~the LP should sound superb and it will be hard to find a better copy. Sleeve and any inserts/inners are in excellent shape. You will not be disappointed.

VG+~~ audio listening has revealed some limited surface noise (especially at run~in groove and towards start of each side) or the odd crackle. Visually the Lp may have light scuffs but nothing major though has obviously been played a few times. Sleeve might have light creases or minor ringwear or spine wear but nothing too serious.

Overall the Lp and sleeve are still quite acceptable and a better copy may never come along!

STILL PERFECTLY PLAYABLE AND STILL A VERY ACCEPTABLE SOUND!!

VG~~not great and may have surface noise but I will flag up this grading rarely. Probably worth it for rarity value.

Postage ~~Unfortunately UK postage charges have increased (10~15%) recently so I have had to add on a bit more~orders over £25 will be sent registered in the UK and INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR or TRACKED  (where available) world wide. It costs a bit extra but I am sure you will agree it is worth it.

Postage discount will be applied to 2 or more purchases.

All orders guaranteed professionally packed.
