MILES DAVIS-BLUE HAZE 1984 PRESTIGE RECORDS REISSUE MONO LP OJC-093 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL!! 8 outstanding tracks that compile the recordings of Miles Davis during the 2 years of 1953 & 1954 in this auction. His genius was recognized immediately in these early recordings from the master of the trumpet. Recorded at the famed Van Gelder Studios and with some of the finest players around at the time. Folks such Charles Mingus, Max Rosch, Art Blakey & Percy Heath. Tracks such as I'll Remember April, Four, Old Devil Moon & Miles Ahead all appear on this must own compilation effort. All fans of Miles Davis or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. There is a small circular sticker affixed to the side 1 inner label(see picture) with the word Last in it. The cover has mild rubs on the corners and the inner sleeve is a replacement but intact. A fantastic buy!!
