MILSTEIN MENDELSSOHN BRUCH ED1 SP 8518 STEREO VIOLIN

DESCRIPTION: Mendelssohn & Bruch Violin Concertos with Leon Barzin conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra and Nathan Milstein (violin) ED1 UK Stereo Captiol ‘Rainbow’ Label .
This record comes from a stunning estate collection that has been stored upright in plastic since the day of purchase and only played (If ever played) on very high end audiophile equipment. In short it is doubtful you will ever see a better copy!
As a collector first and foremost I feel it’s important to see and hear the record I’m interested in buying (It helps me feel confident that I am buying exactly the right copy for me) – For this reason I have attempted to take clear and honest images of this LP. Furthermore I have included soundclips of some of the tracks featured on this LP taken directly from the record for sale…. - Let your ears and eyes tell you all you need to know. … …

LABEL: CAPITOL (Rainbow label UK ED1)

CAT NO: SP 8518

Listen To a Sound Clip Taken From The Actual Record For Sale…Let your ears decide: (N.B This recording has been made with a very low bit rate – the actual record sounds far better)

CONDITION:

A note on grading I use the Record Collector grading system with the addition of a (+) or a (-) to denote a slight increase or decrease in condition. Items described with an aural grade have been carefully played on a Garrard 301 turntable with origin live silver mk2 arm and Shure v15 v cart.
I have been collecting and trading records for many years and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. For this reason I treat grading very seriously and strictly enough to please all potential bidders… all of Folkanaughts records are guaranteed. If you’d like any further details, feel free to e-mail me with your questions or requests.

Record:

Stunning full gloss mirror sheen, like new surfaces feature NO marks or scratches, only the very lightest paper scuffing under 100w light (This does NOT affect playback) . The record is flat and is visually wonderful. The first press Rainbow Capitol labels are unfaded and show only the very lightest signs of use to the spindle hole. Visually EX. Aurally graded NM

Cover:

The front Laminated Garrod & lofthouse Flip Back cover shows only the lightest aging to the unlaminated back. No laminate lift, rips / Tears / Splits, Writing or other blemishes to the front, all seams are straight and true as is the spine.. = EX+
