split LP

Note: It's always a shame when you stumble on rare and great jazz LPs only to find them in somewhat sub-optimal condition. Today I'm listing a small stack of very desirable LPs that, while no where near perfect, are still quite listenable and would make a good "starter" copy.

Blue Note BLP 1509 RARE '55 MONO first press. Split LP. Side 1 is Milt with the rest of MJQ and Lou Donaldon. Side 2 is Milt with  Monk, Sahib Shihab, Al McKibbon or John Simmons, Art Blakey or Shadow Wilson. Etched "RVG", Plastylite "ear", deep groove, "767 Lexington Ave. NYC labels. Flat edge vinyl.

Jacket Grade: VG Light wear and age yellowing to cover art. Top seam partially split. Lower seam near totally split.
 
Vinyl Grade: VG+ Little visible play wear. Light hairline surface scratches. Cleaned on the VPI and plays with minimal surface noise.
