Minor Threat -- Out Of Step LP
Original 1983 US release on Dischord Records (catalog # Dischord 10, sheep labels, run-off grooves say "The Grass Is Always Greener" & "350 P.P. - CASHING IN?"), with all-black back.First US pressing has no stripe on front, completely black back cover, 3500 made, first mix, plays on 45. This is the only pressing made with this original mix. All later pressing have the remixed versions of all the songs. Note: this copy does not have the insert.
FLEX! discography of us punk & hardcore: Another hardcore milestone; intelligent, sophisticated DC hardcore. Minor Threat expand their musical range on this 12”; the tracks are more complex and there is some more diversity in tempo and rhythms. Of course the music remains powerful, angry and honest; the lyrics are very thoughtful again, too. Great intelligent hardcore. [10 out of 10] CONDITION: Cover VG+ / Vinyl VG+ cover has mild general wear, has browned just a little bit near the edges, black back has a few small chips/scuffs; vinyl has a bit of wear, some light scuffs and light surface scratching, checked all the way and plays well with nothing more than brief tics in a few places, nothing major, most of the songs play perfectly well. Graded conservatively using Goldmine standards [G / G+ / VG / VG+ / NM / ]grade only used if record is brand new.

All records are packaged securely, protected by both stiff and cushion packaging, with vinyl (in original innersleeve) removed from cover and placed safely in poly sleeve to help prevent seam splitting during transit.
