"LOVE SO DEAR", released in 1967 by the Central Florida band "The Undertakers" on PH (Pine Hills) Records was written by B. Church and R. Foreman (and an uncredited fellow named Frank Renew to whom Bob later gave a dollar...but that's another story...)  It charted well in the Central Florida area and eventually ended up on the "Pebbles Volume 17" compilation album in the 1980s, resulting in airplay around the US and who knows where else.  The song created quite a controversy when folks realized the title abbreviated down to "L.S.D." ....

Bob Church, who was stricken with polio as a small child, was the lead guitarist for The Undertakers.    He is now confined to a wheelchair but still picks up a guitar on occasion.  Bob's mother recently passed away and in the course of sorting through her belongings a couple of copies of "Love So Dear" surfaced.  One has already been sold.  Unplayed, MINT CONDITION!   It's EXTREMELY rare to find a MINT copy of a record this old!  According to record collectors we contacted, The Undertakers "Love So Dear" is a true gem and a MUST HAVE.

Due to circumstances beyond his control (and because he feels it is best), Bob will not be keeping the family home, which will be wrapped up in a lot of probate issues involving his mother's medical bills.   It is our hope that some wonderful '60s garage or early rock fan or a friend of Bob's will pick this rare 45 up so the money can be added to his moving fund.

Bobby will also throw in an original "Undertakers" business card and, if you'd like, autograph either the card or record for you.   This is a rare, mint, 2-sided business card with band info on one side and a publicity photo of the band on the other.
