Know your pressings! - Atlantic's distributor WEA started their own pressing in the mid 70s, prior to that most of their pressing were handled by CBS, this is a CBS pressing with A1 / B5 / C1 / D1 machine stamped matrix numbers.
No WEA logo on labels, Kings Road address on back over cover, SSK 89400A / B catalogue numbers on back right corner of inner covers.
The records are mint / as new. There's no sign of pin / spindle marks AT ALL - I have play graded the LP to make sure there are no issues but other than that, it may have only had one play previously if that.
The cover has very minimal corner rubs and VERY slight shelf wear when held to the light, still in excellent / near mint condition. Inners and wraparound titles inner are all mint. Fab copy!

This has got to be one of the hottest pressings I've heard from this period. They really did go crazy with production on this one. Instruments pop out, guitars, drums and vocals are well defined, bright, airy and liquid. The drums thump...really thump with a depth and presence not often heard. These are the true hallmarks of a UK 1ST pressing in barely played condition. I did not hear any faults in the pressings, barely any background static. I certainly didn't hear any clicking, pops or other weirdness that would make me think something was wrong.
