Description

This auction is amazing!! Imagine getting in a time machine and getting out 42 years ago and stepping into a record shop in 1963. This record is almost that good. See the pictures if you need convincing!!

This is the 33 1/3 RPM LP by the Beatles Please Please Me. It is Mono and carries the number PMC1202 and matrix numbers XEX421-1N on side 1 and XEX422-1N on side 2. Comes in original blank sleeve with  "Made in England" Patent No 1.125.555 printed on it. The cover itself has no creases, tearing or writing although there is a small centimetre red label in the right back corner. I do not own a record player, but there is not a sign of a single scratch or fingerprint so I would guess it would play like new.  The record itself is on the famous Parlophone black and yellow label with no spindle marks on the hole.

Tracks on the album are:-

Side 1: I saw her standing there: Misery: Anna (Go home to him): Chains: Boys: Ask me Why and Please Please Me

Side 2: Love Me do: PS I Love You, Baby its You: Do you want to know a secret: A Taste of Honey: Theres a Place: Twist and Shout

The cover is printed by Ernest J Day & co Ltd and as the pictures shows has not come unstuck or ripped in any way.

An essential buy for any Beatles collector or 1960s record collector. You will not be disppointed!!  If you want more pictures please email me and I will be happy to forward them to you.
