**More rare titles up for sale, check my additional listings**

Tucked in the middle of Classic collection I bought recently was this pristine Folk LP. It's extremely rare and in Mint- condition, maybe even Unplayed by looking at the condition. Please view the pictures.

It is also signed by Dave on the back of the sleeve although I can not verify it's authenticity.

Artist: Cobblers Last

Title: Boot In The Door

Label: Banshee Records

Format: 1 x 12" Disc, 7 Tracks, 33 RPM, Stereo, LP.

Year of release: 1979

Country of Manufacturer: UK

Grading

Vinyl - Mint-

The condition of this vinyl record is just incredible. It has a mirror like reflection both sides and a gloss like it's never been played. Stunning all over Mint- vinyl. Just immaculate.

Sleeve - NM

The sleeve looks as if it's just come off the factory line. It has amazingly straight edges leading to crisp and pointy corners. A solid straight spine free from splits or crushing. Smooth and clean Matt finish sleeve front and back. Small signature on back of sleeve as shown in pics. A faultless sleeve kept in pristine condition.

Labels - Mint-

Free from any signs of use. They both look immaculate.

International bids are welcome and please feel free to ask any questions.

UK - £5.00

Euro - £12.00

Rest Of World - £15.00

Please add £1.50 per additional LP in the UK.

RECORDS WILL BE POSTED RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.
