We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. VERY CLEAN ALL OVER, scarce original mid '70s first pressing in dramatic designed artwork cover ... when talking '70s progressive rock albums, Strands Of The Future is rated a near masterpiece by many world wide progressive rock collectors...here is why:

The legendary French space-rock group. On their debut "Pollen" the media had them promoted as the French PINK FLOYD, though they were a lot more original than that would suggest, with much use of flute and electronics. They had a uniquely French sound. PULSAR's third album, issued in 1977, "Halloween" (a conceptual "horror-rock" symphonic opus) is generally considered one of the ten best symphonic albums in the world. A masterpiece of refinement. Definitely indispensable for all progressive rock fans! The 2nd Pulsar album, "The Strands of the Future" contains beautiful, spacey, symphonic progressive music along the lines of PINK FLOYD, early GENESIS, and early ELOY albums. This album featured some of their finest work, particularly the 22+ minute title-track. The atmosphere is enhanced by fantastic passages for mellotron. Probably as good or even better than "Halloween"! An excellent album!

PULSAR's "Strands Of The Future" as noted above, is highlighted by the 22 Mins titled epic of the same name. Overall, for progressive rock fans, the album may very well blow the listeners mind into another dimension. Far too many prog heads agree that the album is one of the best to ever come out of France, regarding the genre. Strands Of The Future delivers lots of FLOYDian keyboard spaceyness, great guitar soloing and accents and wonderful bass/drum interplay. Vocals are sung mostly in English with the exception of the epic track, which has a few words sung in native French. Vintage keyboards are used throughout featuring the Mellotron, moog and organ. Songs are very well written and give an overall feel of PINK FLOYD with a mix of ANGE and/or KING CRIMSON.
