Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Townes had just finished the most prolific run of songwriting and recording in his career when he recorded this 1973 double-LP. It could be argued to be maybe his best album, period: Pancho & Lefty; For the Sake of a Song; Waitin' 'Round to Die; No Place to Fall; Loretta; If I Needed You; Tecumseh Valley , and 20 more.
As legendary as it's reputation, Live at The Old Quarter where over a hundred people were jammed in this smokey barroom back in 1973 to listen to the unique songs of Townes Van Zandt. The songs of Townes Van Zandt, the words are intelligent, mesmerizing, and most of all realistic... these recordings are almost hypnotic or desolate, where Van Zandt literally takes total control captivating the audience with his songs, originals and covers which he makes his own. Overall, this recording doesn't need a review, the songs featured along all 4 tracks by Townes Van Zandt speak for themselves, and the evening is frozen in time by this rercord -- the closest thing to being there... if you like acoustic, a touch of the blues and folk, don't miss this one.

CONDITION: The cover: gatefold cover, housing both full length albums. there is only slight/light handling detected around the edges, rated near "EX" (excellent) as a result, even though the front, back and sides are VERY clean (see photos!) There are solid seams, no faded colors, no delete marks, no writing ...
The vinyl: both albums, all 4 sides are M- top clean shiny discs, playing outstanding. All 4 Tomato labels are clean
