One of my absolute rarest Misfits pieces, we've only ever seen this promo sheet once. 

Excerpt:

"Hide the kids, bring in the dog and don't let sis out for the prom"!

Vinyl is a shiny NM except for two minor marks, possible removable but the rest of it looks so clean I don't want to mess with it.  Original printed inner sleeve from the pressing is included.  Cover is in wonderful shape, though there's some slight discoloration on the bottom in the center and to the left.
