Description

Fall On You / Changes.  Picture Sleeve ONLY (no record) in M- condition.
Columbia was a late arrival on the rock scene and to make up for lost time, they were snagging every unsigned band in California.  They added Moby Grape and in conjunction with their first album release, they issued every song on the album on five consecutive singles.  This was either a sign Columbia's full faith in their music, or they had no idea what would hit as a single. 
Each picture sleeve looked identical with just a number and title change.  Rarely seen, this was the first of the five.  Finding all five is a major accomplishment.
