Description

THE REBEL ROUSERS A: Should I
B: As I Look
[Fontana, TF-973, 1967, Lebanon.]

MEGA ULTRA RARE Lebanon only pressing of this A-W-E-S-O-M-E Mod Freakbeat Killer from the British late 60's cultural invasion. Cliff Bennett at the vocals leading this manic stompin' classic beat tune. The Rebel Rousers were the opening band for the Beatles in 1966 and soon became one of the leading freakbeat mod performers in England. This tune is an impossible find and a great dancing one as well. Will not show up anytime soon.

Vinyl condition: VG - - . several scuffs. Plays much better because of the VERY loud pressing. Has a couple of crackles at the very beginning and a few pops, then the pops get very infrequent. Check the sound! TOL. Please listen to the audioclip and judge for yourself. Audioclip coming from actual record.

SOUNDCLIP:

Just click on the "play" button above to listen to SOUND CLIPS of both sides! (when I am lazy I post just one side... : )

All records come from my personal collection. All records original pressings unless otherwise noted in the description above. All records graded conservatively.
