Description
Here is a VERY COOL and VERY RARE record from the band M.O.D. fronted by the one and only Billy Milano (S.O.D.). This album is a treasured piece of Thrash Metal / Punk history.
This is M.O.D.s First release, a rare 1987 US pressing of "USA for M.O.D." on Megaforce Records. I love album artwork and this record is no exception. This piece of art deserves a frame on some fans wall.
The front cover is signed by Billy Milano, Tom Klimchuck and Rob Moschetti (I had this record signed during the Devolution Tour in '94)
**CONDITION**
In the upper right hand corner near Toms signature has a pretty good crease in the cover. (I have a close up of this crease from the backside in the provided photos) The entire cover shows signs of wear. I purchased this used in the early 90s and this was the condition I received it in, minus the autographs. The corners are dinged and there are scuffs along the edges. If you intend to frame this cover, some of those may not be too noticeable. MOD is a punk/thrash band after all there stuff isn't supposed to be perfect.
This is also a Promotional Copy, on the back side of the cover in the bottom left corner there is a gold stamp that says "Lent for Promotion Only - Not For Sale"
The record comes in its original sleeve with lyrics. The sleeve does have some side splits from the record sliding around and there is a small stain of some sort along one of the edges.
The actual record itself does have a few scratches to it, most are very minor. I do see one that is deeper than the rest and looks like it may effect the playback of the song "Imported Society"
This record is being sold AS/IS. The buyer must accept that I have done my best to disclose any and all defects I could see.
This would make a great addition to any M.O.D., Anthrax, S.O.D., Nuclear Assault or just Thrash Metal fan.
