"BUILDING NOTHING OUT OF SOMETHING" VERY RARE UP RECORDS COMPILATION VINYL LP 1999 SUB POP/SUICIDE SQUEEZE CO-RELEASE

FOR AUCTION THIS EXTREMELY SCARCE COMPILATION LP OF MODEST MOUSE'S EARLY VINYL 7" RELEASES & MORE. Message me for full track listing.
The Vinyl is Excellent++/Near Mint visually and Excellent++/Near Mint aurally. No discernible markings/surface wear or noise that I could see or hear! An almost perfect listen.
The front of the sleeve is Excellent++ with no cover damage or wear. However the back cover has some ring/sleeve marking which detracts from the grading a bit. There is also a paper insert which is a bit creased & marked.
OVERALL, A WONDERFUL CONDITION COPY OF THIS SCARCE COMP' ON VINYL, OF THE 'MOUSE AT THEIR EARLY VITAL BEST...
