Description

Extremely rare mono pressing of Waiting For The Sun by the Doors. Only seen two, this being one of them. The whole album is a fold down except for Wintertime Love, which is a rare dedicated mono mix. This is a Doors' enthusiast item, and one I would keep for myself were it in better shape. T in the run outs, so I presume its from Terra Haute.
Side 1: EKL 4024 A-1B T Side 2: EKL 4024 B-1B T
Vinyl: VG-. Visual grade. Lots of spindle wear under light indicates lots of play. Lots of hairlines. Don't see any deep scratches, so I am extremely confident it would not skip. At most some light ticks here and there, but otherwise just crackle. It desperately needs a deep clean, if so it would probably sound VG. No warp.
Cover: VG-. Front and back cover art ook decent, no ring wear with only faint creases and a tiny stain. Real drawback here is the spine and seams are messed up. Inner gatefold also looks tired. No original generic Elektra inner sleeve.
