ASTRAL DREAM RECORDS

We are a well established web records shop since 1995 specialised in original vinyl lps from sixties and seventies with special care for UK and worldwide progressive music. We  assure a professional and competent service with more than 35 years of experience in the record collecting market. Be confident on our service! Please come in our site clicking the above link, you're Welcome!

PLEASE CONSIDER THAT IN THESE EBAY AUCTIONS I USE A STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADING SYSTEM THAT CAN'T DISAPPOINT ANYONE BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT ,FOR EXAMPLE,  A VG+ COVER OR A VG+ VINYL  IT'S EQUIVALENT TO "BAD CONDITIONS" BUT SIMPLY THAT MY GRADE IT'S STRICT AND PROBABLY EQUIVALENT TO AN EX OF SOMEONE ELSE WITH  NOT A SO STRICT GRADE. I HAVE SOLD IN THESE AUCTIONS EX- RECORDS THAT WERE SURELLY M- COPIES BUT I PREFERE TO BE STRICT TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTEMENT BECAUSE I TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY REPUTATION.

Record Collector Magazine Grading System MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

graded VG++/EX- for a strict Record Collector magazine grading system

label: The original first UK pressed Deram Nova SDN 17 label it's in great shape with just 2/3 spindle marks around the center hole so at least EX-. The colours are orange and grey and this is at 100% the first edition that rarelly turns up. Most copies on sale does have an Orange/Black label that it's the second press much more easy to find but sold as originals.
cover: the cover it's a front laminated one and it's quite well preserved with just a light trace of ring on the lamination and it's a bit yellowed on back plus some minor lamination lift along the spine that it's totally readable being laminated.Igrade the cover VG+ for a strict grade. This is a first pressed cover with the inspection hole on back and the original blue border stereo inner sleeve in nice condition too.
Vinyl: The vinyl look without marks and plays perfectly so EX. This is the original first pressed vinyl with ZAL-9459P-1W on side one and 9460P-1W on side 2 and 1 it's also the Metal Mother number. The letter after the master number, in this case W, identifyng the engineer who created the master and this W means Harry Fisher that it's the same engineer that made several other Decca lps included some Rolling Stones of the sixties like "Out Of Our Heads" stereo version, "Aftermath" Stereo version...it was very specialized in Stereo mixing and the result it's wonderful because this record too has a fantastic sharp sound.
review: This is not a new find come out in the progressive collecting market but a legendary item from ever rare and hard to find and surelly one of the best examples of progressive rock organ dominated but with intelligents changes of rythms and melody, always ashtonishing in the musical evolutions and sometime leave you the breath for the intensity and the innovation. Surelly a must for any collectors and in any top want list as the best Vertigo or Neon lp and surelly super rare like Cressida, Affinity but with a more powerful and varied sound ... don't miss!!!
