Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Bloody Hell this is a great album ! FROM 55 YEARS AGO ... a perfect copy with 4 sharp corners.... This 1958 album featuring Gene Vincent, rock's original bad boy. Behind him are the Bluecaps, a band that was arguably the toughest and most cohesive rock outfit of their day. When they deliver material like "It's No Lie," the results are nastily transcendent. Even in the lesser material, the musicians throw themselves into "By the Light of the Silvery Moon," and "You'll Never Walk Alone" with a feral energy that never flags. "Gene Vincent Rocks" delivers with an unexpected edge. Johnny Meeks was the lead guitarist, and quite a good player, along with rhythm guitarist Max Lipscomb (who later changed his professional name to Scotty McKay) doubling on keys, the first time that instrument was heard on a Gene Vincent record; Bobby Jones plays bass, rhythm guitarist Paul Peek also is on backing vocals alongside Tommy Facenda (collectively the two came to be known as the Clapper Boys). The music throughout the album is beautifully played, exciting and lively, being a creation of studio perfection....
