This record is in near mint condition. It does have spindle marks visible on each label, which considerably more on side 2 than on side 1. Other than the spindle marks there are no issues such as pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres show minimal wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice condition but with the spindle marks to each side as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean with virtually nothing showing in normal light. There is a few thin light wispy lines and very minor signs of use visible under bright light but nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall this vintage record is used(spindle marks) but is in superb condition, has a stunning lustre and has obviously been very well cared for.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded superb throughout with excellent clarity and little to no surface noise or interference. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is superb with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was only the most minor trace of surface noise in the run in and little to none during play. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and produced superb audio from start to finish.
The front laminated sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has only very minor age related wear to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all legible. There are of course no splits and no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is no serious creasing at all with just 6 or 7 very short ones emanating from the spine on the front. There is also barely any ring marks evident. There is some light grubbiness to the rear and near the edges on the front but for its age and considering there is a lot of white on it this is very mild. Overall the sleeve is in superb condition and shows only mild signs of its age. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has a little creasing, some mild discolouring and a stain to one side. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure it remains clean and fresh.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
