MOONDOG - RIM SHOTS/IMPROVISATION IN 4/4 and IMPROVISATION IN 7/4 78RPM 10" (BRUNSWICK RECORDS 86000)
incredibly rare and early 10" from the legendary new york street musician moondog, released on brunswick records in 1953.
the cover shows some significant wear, with a 3" tear along on the ride side, some ringwear and minor staining. i would grade it a VG. the record has some minor marks that are not very deep and should not effect play. i would grade the 10" VG++.
also includes a small newspaper clipping with a small update on a trial involving moondog suing a radio disc jockey in new york for appropriating his name without authorization. date unknown, but it appears to be from the same time as this record (early 50's).
