Ten Commandments of Love / Mean Old Blues

Hard-to-find doo-wop 78 by Harvey & the Monnglows.  1958 release.  Sleeve is autographed and inscribed by Harvey Fuqua.  Inscribed to Reno DJ Ken "Rockin' Rev" Haskins (KBDB, KPTL).  Inscription reads:  "To Rockin' Rev - This is my favorite of all songs.  God bless you - Harvey Fuqua 1-17-98."  Sleeve is in nice shape, and is signed with the opening at the bottom.  There is tiny unrelated writing on the sleeve.  Record is rough.  Prominent surface noise with crackling.  Flip is VG-.  "Ten Commandments of Love" is in VG- to VG condition.
