Moonkyte: "Count Me Out" 1971, UK/Mother SMOT1. Disc is unplayed looking, it gets a M- grade! Cover is in beautiful shape in the troublesome die-cut, no damage at all! The colour on the bottom seam is a bit rubbed away, and the back panel has a scrape, so it gets a strong VG+ grade overall. Has the printed inner sleeve. This is certainly one of the most fragile of all the UK psych era covers... and here's a fantastic example! This is the much rarer British original that is seemingly never offered without "issues".  Finding an unmolested UK Moonkyte is like stumbling upon an uncreased New Tweedy Bros.! or an immaculate Tarot box. The German Metronome edition in the standard sleeve is much easier to find and generally sounds better than UK pressings on this private label, but the copy on offer here also plays perfectly! This is a rare opportunity to get a truly TOP archival copy of this unique folk psych monster. Moonkyte had a truly "lost" feel, they were into their own thing completely... no hits on this LP except hits of acid! "Blues For Boadicea", "The Way Out Hermit", the haunting "Jelly Man" has been comped; this album is so druggy I get a contact high just from playing it. Some LPs are like doors into time gone by, this is one of those. Check out the photos below. Also, I will never mail you an album with the record still inside the jacket! I'll even take the same precautions with company and printed inner sleeves. PLEASE NOTE: I have set my shipping prices to cover my cost on an average basis. Your box may cost me a bit less to mail than I charged you, or a bit more. Records and jackets don't all weigh the same amount, therefore I can't set a "perfect" price for everyone, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL! The price for mailing one album to Europe can vary by as much as $3.00.

POSTAGE RATES USA: 1 album by Priority Mail is $6.00, 2 albums is $7.50. Media Mail is slower, slightly less expensive and much more likely to arrive damaged. 1-2 albums by Media Mail is $4.00. I will quote you rates for larger orders. If you want me to double-box your order for extra protection, ask me to quote you a price.

INSURANCE RATES USA: If your item is worth under $50, there is a "cheap" insurance available for $1.30. This type of insurance offers no security; the postman can leave this package behind with your other mail. "Real" insurance that requires a signature at your end for delivery is available for the following rates: $0-$100, $2.20. $101-$200, $3.20. $201-$300, $4.20. I've never lost a package in the USA, but a couple have been damaged and the insurance paid off. Loss or damage is your responsibility once the box is in the mail, so consider the insurance...

Registration is an additional $8.00 on any parcel. I recommend Registered mail for all parcels to Italy & Mexico but all orders are carefully packed and are rarely lost or damaged!
