Here's the review from Joynson’s psych
reference "Fuzz, Acid & Flowers":
A hippie-rock outfit formed in San Francisco in 1967. Their album
comprises ten originals, mostly penned by Bob Bohanna. The standard
of the material is inconsistent to say the least making a positive recommendation
difficult but one cut Jelly Gas Flame is a superb piece of acid rock with layered
vocals, sound effects and catchy guitar - a pity it isn't all this good.
I See The Light and Hey Little Girl also catch the ear. Side Two wins out
over Side One which is more in a hard rock vein. The album was produced
by Abe "Voco" Kesh.
