E.MORRICONE "ESCALATION/ GALILEO " IT LP CAM-REPLY 015 A great obscure reissue of late 70s/early 80s(?? ) for this unbeliveable psychedelic soundtrack by maestro E.MORRICONE . This album puts together all of the tracks from the original ESCALATION album plus a selection from the G.GALILEO soundtrack released at the same time . The OST album from ESCALATION , as far as I , was reissued at least 3 times , ALWAYS IN DIFFERENT GRAPHICS FROM THE ORIGINAL ( here you have the original C.AUGER cover !!! ) BUT WITH DIFFERENT SELECTION OF TRACKS !!!!! It is quite odd infact ( as the original album is pretty darn rare and so much sought after ) to find all the best and interesting tracks from the original album here( 12 in all ) if you consider that erlier reissues dropped the best psych beat tunes in favor of the more orchestral and mellow ones !!!! Here you may get the sitar beat of DIES IRAE PSICHEDELICO , SECONDO RITO , SENZA RESPIRO ….defenitely a must if you like psychedelic 60s soundtracks !!!! Please note that this should be the first and only stereo release as the original lp, and the rare CAM library ( with a selection of tracks and a different sdtk coupling ) and the CINEMATRE Budget album reisue of about the same time are actually in mono!!!!!!!
