Matrix number are 12 POP 1624 A-4-1- and 12 POP 1624 B-3U-1-1- with GEORGE ELIOT KNEW etched into the dead wax on side A

Outer Sleeve: N/A
Vinyl: Very Good Plus (couple of surface marks but all three tracks play excellent with very little lessening in sound quality).
