Beautiful copy of the rare original 1962 pressing of the Feldman / Brown LP on Time Series 2000 58007. Feldman's Durations, and Brown's Music for Violin, Cello and Piano, and Hodograph I. Classic mid-century avant-garde chamber compositions, brilliantly recorded with incredible sound. Famous gatefold laminated cover featuring artwork by abstract expressionist Franz Kline. This copy is just stunning. The disc looks gorgeous and plays near flawlessly and just beautifully. There is a touch of that superficial spotting that comes from the acid in the paper sleeve but it isn't damage. A few very minor surface scuffs as well, but none of it affects the play. This copy sounds just fantastic. Lots of very quiet parts in the music, and there is no noise to disturb the perfect experience. The cover is in very nice shape with some minor wear. There are seam splits at the top and bottom, only 1 1/2" and 3 1/2". Other than that it is shiny and clean. This is a top copy of this rarity. Hard to beat.
