Description

Up for auction is a long out-of-print Mosaic Records Box Set of "The Complete Commodore Jazz Recordings, Volume II.”  The Catalogue Number is MR23-128, and consists of 23 LPs. These sets were not hand-numbered; the booklet simply notes, “One Of A Limited Edition of 2,500.”

 

All of the LPs are in Near-Mint or NEW Condition, most have never been played.  The LP-sized booklet is in Near-Mint Condition.  The LPs are housed in two unmarked black boxes, both boxes then slide into a larger outer box.  None of the boxes have any splits dents or notable surface wear.  Set includes the original coupon that gave buyers of Commodore Volumes I and II a 20% discount on Volume III.

 

With 23 LPs, the box set is obviously very heavy.  The net weight is 9 pounds 7 ounces, and the shipping weight will be approximately 12 pounds.  The box set will be shipped “double boxed”: first packed in a 14" x 14" x 4" box with packing "peanuts."  This box will then be packed inside a 16”x16”x6” box to ensure that the set (especially the corners) arrives undamaged.

 

All buyers required to pay $5.00 charge to cover costs of the two purpose-specific shipping boxes.  Due to the size and heavy weight of this item, other auction items cannot be shipped together with this item.  Flat shipping rates are as follows:
