Ok, so Devils Jukebox had a one-off Printers' Sample made to test out an idea for the packaging.

One idea they had was for a silver/grey ink on black sleeve, so the printers (at great expense) made one.

In the end, they went with a white print, due to costs and aesthetics.
So, up for grabs here is THE one, THE only Grey/Silver sleeve ever made, with one of the Silver/Grey non-commercial edition Vinyl 7"s!!!
