Intento ajustar al máximo las tarifas, pero no puedo seguir perdiendo dinero con los gastos de envío.  Yo no cobro gastos de embalaje ni manipulación y solo uso cajas especiales para discos nuevas, envolviendo todo cuidadosamente. Las tarifas son las que marca Correos España. Sé que en otros países el correo es más barato, pero también hay que tener en cuenta que yo solo mando paquetes certificados. Esto significa que solo la persona destinataria puede recibir el paquete con su firma y nunca se puede perder ningún paquete.

I try to fit to the maximum the tariffs, but I cannot keep on losing money with the postage and packing. Ich versuche, maximal die Tarife anzupassen, aber kann kein Geld mit den Sendungskosten immer noch verlieren. Ich kassiere weder Verpackungskosten noch Behandlung und allein Gebrauch spezielle Kisten für Scheiben Neuigkeiten, alles sorgfältig einpackend. Die Tarife sind die, die Spanien Kurrier bezeichnet. Les tarifs sont celles que l'Espagne marque les Postes. Je sais que dans d'autres pays le courrier est plus bon marché, mais aussi il faut tenir en compte que je un seul commandement des paquets recommandés. Cela signifie que seulement la personne une destinataire peut recevoir le paquet avec sa signature et on ne peut jamais perdre de paquet.

No me gustan los votos negativos tipo “paquete nunca recibido”. Prefiero tener unos gastos de envío más caros pero más seguros. Cuando mando un paquete, posteriormente informo al comprador del número de certificado correspondiente para poder hacer un seguimiento.  Dejo un margen de 5 días para hacer el envío una vez recibido el pago, pero intento siempre mandar el paquete lo antes posible, pero a veces los horarios son difíciles de compaginar.  Por favor recordad todo esto al dejar vuestras valoraciones. Estoy de acuerdo que difícilmente podré tener valoraciones de 5 estrellas, pero no puedo hacer que el correo vaya más rápido y barato.

Mir gefallen die negativen Stimmen Typ "Paket nie erhalten nicht". Ich ziehe vor, einige teurere aber sicherere Sendungskosten zu haben. Wenn ich ein Paket sende, informiere ich nachträglich den Käufer der Nummer der entsprechenden Bescheinigung, um eine Verfolgung machen zu können. Ich lasse einen Rand von 5 Tagen, um die Sendung zu machen, sobald als die Zahlung erhielt, aber versuche immer, das Paket so bald wie möglich zu senden, aber manchmal sind die Zeitpläne schwer zu umbrechen. Erinnert bitte an alles, nachdem ihr euere Bewertungen lasst. Ich bin einverstanden, dass ich schwer Bewertungen von 5 Sternen werde haben können, aber kann nicht so machen, dass die billiger Post schnellerer und geht.

Les votes négatifs ne me plaisent jamais un type “un paquet reçu”. Je préfère avoir quelques frais d'envoi plus chers mais plus sûrs. Quand j'envoie un paquet, par la suite j'informe l'acheteur du nombre de certificat correspondant pour pouvoir faire un suivi. Je laisse une marge de 5 jours pour faire l'envoi quand le paiement a été reçu, mais j'essaie d'envoyer toujours le paquet le plus tôt possible, mais parfois les horaires sont difficiles de concilier. S'il te plaît rappelez tout cela après avoir laissé vos évaluations. Je suis d'accord que je pourrai difficilement avoir des évaluations de 5 étoiles, mais je ne peux pas faire que le courrier va plus rapide et bon marché.

Por favor no paguéis nada hasta que no os mande el justificante de pago. Si queréis pujar por distintos artículos que acaban en distintos días o semanas, no hay problema, pero enviadme un email para saberlo y reservar vuestros artículos ganados. Todos los pagos deben hacerse antes de 7 días una vez finalizada la puja o pujas. Vuestro paquete será enviado entre 1 y 5 días después de recibir el pago, intentando siempre ser lo más rápida posible. Y por supuesto SI se pueden combinar varios artículos en un mismo envío, vosotros mismo podéis calcular aproximadamente el precio sumando el peso de los distintos discos. Para cualquier duda, mejor preguntadme.

Si algún comprador  tiene cualquier problema con un artículo o paquete no recibido, antes de dejar un voto neutral o negativo, escribidme un email para intentar solucionar el problema. Hablando se entiende la gente.
