INCREDIBLE ALBUM from the kings of art-glam rock featuring Ian Hunter and Luther Grosvenor on guitar. Recorded in New York and London, shocasing a brilliant selection of classic Mott tracks including 'All The Way From Memphis', 'All The Young Dudes', 'Walkin With A Mountain', 'Sweet Angeline' and 'Jerkin' Crocus' amongst many others. Hunter is in top form - brilliant audience participation and killer performances.
This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.
Pressing: CBS, UK, 1974 - orig red label
Vinyl: Superb nice condition. I can't see any spindle marks on labels and just a faint sign of any use. Grades as top MINT-!
Cover: Again, no signs of any use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated cover - retains original printers bloom. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight and stiff. Gold hype sticker on front - tiny edge lift. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 41 years after release. Grades as shop fresh MINT-!
