 YOU ARE BIDDING ON MOUNT EERIE BOOK AND ALBUM

Dust jacket has been placed in an acid-free mylar protector. There are a few minor creases and one slight tear to the dust jacket but it is in fairly good condition. I believe this was done during storage. The book itself is in great condition with the exception of one page that has a fold crease. (Shown in photo) Other than that I don't believe there are any other imperfections to the book.

The record appears to be in very good (possibly new?) condition. However, I don't own a record player so I am unable to test it. Please feel free to ask any questions.
