Description
Full-length LP from Chico Buarque titled "Construcao" released by Philips (6349 017) in 1971. Original Brazilian STEREO pressing. Highly acclaimed Brazilian album from singer-songwriter/poet/writer Chico Buarque recorded and released during an era of oppressive military dictatorship in Brazil. Many of the songs are critical of the dictatorship and feature elements of the bossa nova/samba musical style with creative and challenging orchestrations. Essential listening!

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in VERY GOOD++ condition with nice luster and a few light surface marks. Plays with some noticeable, sporadic surface tics but nothing overbearing or distracting...still sounds great! Thin cardboard cover is in VERY GOOD+ condition with wear at corners, some edgewear, some light creasing and surface wear.
