This album comes from a superb private psych/folk collection. An essential album for any lovers of this genre.

Sleeve description:  The gatefold picture sleeve is in very good condition.  Highly original, the sleeve folds out and features a plastic pocket for the storage of the vinyl, with a foam closure. This has become detached but could easily be glued back if required. Some great cover art too, with the inside drawings done by Bob Pegg himself. There is moderate ring wear, edge wear and creasing but a lovely cover to own

Vinyl description:  The vinyl is visually in very good condition. Difficult to grade as there is a significant flaw at the beginning of Side 1, possibly a pressing defect but quite a large area of mottling which renders the first minutes of this side unplayable. There is a more minor version of the same issue at the beginning of Side 2 but this does not affect play quality as much. Not ideal but worth tolerating for the quality of the rest of the audio. There are also a couple of surface marks and light hairlines but these do not appear to affect the audio.

Audio description:  The audio quality is graded as excellent. Again difficult to grade as the first minutes of Side 1 are unplayable. I would recommend that you do not put your stylus over this area at all. However, you will then be rewarded by stunning audio, superb on all frequencies and perfect listening. There is the merest hint of the same problem at the start of Side 2 but then again, the audio reproduction is first class.  

Labels: Excellent; clean with barely any spindle wear.
