Columbia Records stereo MS 6187, early gray 6 eye label disc, no "CBS" at the top of the label,  pressed in the US.   

The Budapest Quartet plays the Beethoven String Quartet No. 9 op. 59, #3, "Rasoumovsky", and the quartet no. 11, op. 95, "Serioso".  See pics for program details.

Disc NM- to NM, a couple very faint sleeve marks do not sound, play-graded, jacket VG+
