This KILLER 2LP set is sometimes overlooked by collectors. Released in August 1969, some live - some studio - and THE Blues master himself gets a little help from his friends - Otis Spann, Michael Bloomfield, Paul Butterfield, Donald “Duck” Dunn, Sam Lay & Buddy Miles.
A KEEPER if you know what I mean. I got two copies, so gonna let one go!
This is the original first issue with track A4 misprinted "Can't Lose What You Ain't Ever Had"
on the back sleeve and on the label, but it is written correctly inside the gatefold.
DISCs = VG(+) The four sides range from vg+ to EXC … moderate amount of use
with the accompanying handling marks and a couple stylus-slide marks … but nothing deep
and feelable to cause a problem. Nice.
COVER = VG(+) Nice gatefold has slight/moderate wear with more wear/chipping
on the spine … nice and clean inside.
