Description
Up for bids is this rare album soundtrack from the original TV Cast featuring Jim Henson's Muppets. This is titled "The Frog Prince". Starring Kermit the Frog and Robin the brave. This appears to be an early pressing of this record as it is dated from 1971 and is on Columbia Records. (the later pressings is on the Sesame Street label and from the later 70's as I've seen). This also has an gatefold cover that opens up to reveal pictures from the show. (I don't believe the later release has this?) The sleeve is in good condition, there is a spot of tape on the bottom of the inside gatefold because this area has a split, the other edges have wear but not torn, the normal amount of surface wear and I see no ink or pencil marks. The record itself is nice, I'd grade it at a very good++, and I see no major scratches. Not tested because I no longer have a turntable to test it with. It's really not bad visually I would honestly say. This is a stereo recording and stock number CC23530. Please email me if you wish to know the titles of the selections. Thanks.
