I am not a record grader but I am a collector so I will do my best please look at all the pictures and make you own decision. This record is not in great shape it has a lot more f scuffs and scratches but almost all are very superficial. There are a couple that with the top of a finger nail you can barely feel. This is a VG at best maybe VG-. There are no other copies of this on eBay it appears to be a private label pressing from Sacramento CA. The cover opens like a book but not because the seams are split they just came unglued typical from this time period and an easy fix but I'll let you do it. The inner sleeve has a lot of weird writing in it and what may be quotes and signature from band members but it could also be a teenager pretending I have no clue.
