I can only describe this as being in near MINT condition. Any marks etc you see in the photo is purely a reflection. I've not seen another example of this rare promo in better condition than this - and I've been collecting Madonna items since 1990!!!

I've owned this since new and it's NEVER been played!!!

This is a very rare US DJ Promo only release and is numbered on the reverse of the sleeve - this being no. 778
