Yes, this IS the original December 1982 issue with Cat No: 9899T.

“Everybody” UK 12” single. Includes two rare and TOTALLY UNIQUE and otherwise unavailable versions of the song. This original "Everybody" UK 12" single (catalog number W9899T) is extremely rare and valuable, because it contains two RARE and unique remixes of "Everybody." One is a unique 12" remix (6:13) and the other is a unique DUB version (5:56). Issued in a very rare black & white WEA sleeve. Issued December 1982. $200-$300.
Has been handled with the greatest of care since the day i purchased it from Esprit International Limited about 10 years ago.
