Description
Here is Madonna's 1983 7" single Lucky Star (Edit) with the very rare "sunglasses" Irish picture sleeve.
The b-side is I Know It.
Sleeve is conservatively graded G+ (Good plus). Visible ring-wear on front and back of sleeve. No writing, no major creases or no tears. There are some minor creases, especially near the corners. There is visible edge wear. Two small shop stickers with the number 15 are on the top-left and top-right of the front of the sleeve. These stickers possibly indicated the single's chart placing at time it was purchased (see pictures).
Vinyl is conservatively graded G+ (Good plus). No significant scratches. Plays with some surface crackle, but no major jumps or clicks. However, there is significant groove-wear with an audible lack of fidelity on both sides of the record. Labels are clean with no writing or spindle marks.
This 7" has been identified as the Irish release. This Irish version has Side 1/Side 2 printed on the labels. The UK version has Side A/Side B on the labels.
The vinyl appears black but when held to the light it is actually slightly translucent. Light shines through and gives the vinyl a bronze/brown appearance.
