Shipping:

Shipping costs that are not shown as flat rate in the auction (to US) can be determined by the shipping calculator in each auction. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Express. Specific requests for other delivery services must be approved BEFORE you bid. A handling fee will be included with all shipping quotes. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping charges. Items will be shipped within 72 hours of cleared payment.

Canadian residents must provide a phone number for FedEx shipping.

All local pick ups will be charged a handling fee, due when item is picked up.

Returns:

All items sold as-is, where-is. We accept returns only if the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED in the auction or was damaged by the shipping Company. Buyer must return the item within 7 days and the BUYER is responsible for all return shipping charges. Buyer will receive payment for damaged items when the claim is paid by the shipping Company (FedEx-UPS-USPS-Freight Company).
